I couldn't stop playing. I decided this was a great set to go pack to basic with simple stamping. On this card, I used the Poinsettia Petals Bundle again with Real Red and Garden Green Inks or Highland Heather. I like how it works out.
The medium Pointessa stamp image fits nicely three times over the background. Us a post-it note that was die cut to cover the stamped image.Cut your card stock base as 5 1/2 x 4 1/4. Cut another piece of card stock 5 1/4 x 4 for the top layer. Die-cut out two leaves in Garden Green. Die-cut on of the bunch stamp for the focal point. Mount leaves and Bunch flower and any greetings with dimensionals.
So having seen so many amazing samples of the Poinsettia Petals I just had to play with it. The first card was created by my daughter Casey. Keep in mind she is 10 and wow she is a natural. All the ideas came together beautifully. I think I have a partner in my crafting life. yay me.
This card was inspired by the DSP from the Feels like frost and the Poinsettia was layered and stamped with the Highland Heather card stock and Ink.
Using the Tis the Season Plaid background all the colors came together so nicely.
Tell me what you think. Can I make some for you?
Keep on Stampin On...
